Hi Lisa, We just arrived home from what was perhaps our BEST family vacation ever late last night. If you would like to give me a call, I will tell you all about it, but suffice it to say that every minute of every day was fun-filled with incredible activities, led by incredible guides, food was absolutely scrumptious at all of the many different venues, Merriweather Lewis house was luxurious and oh-so-comfortable, and to top if off (icing on the cake), my daughter’s boyfriend proposed to her on the banks of the Blackfoot River right after our family cattle drive Sunday! That’s a great story in and of itself! 😊
I just want to thank you for the great job you did not only of recommending Paws Up, but staying close to me, and making sure all was meeting my expectations. My daughter-in-law had read some bad reviews of Paws Up, especially around the concierge experience, but we did not have any issues and got exactly all the activities we wanted when we wanted them, thanks in large part to your persistence and constant engagement with them. (When reading some of the bad reviews, I also think they were from rich people who were overly used to being pampered unnecessarily). I still remember our first conversation when you told me about the resort and the cost, and my “gulp” at the price at first. Please know that I now believe the experience was worth every penny of what we paid!
